1. Delivery Area

We currently provide delivery services within the United Kingdom only.

Orders cannot be shipped outside the United Kingdom at this time.

Shipping Fees

  • Orders with a total value of £89.99 or more (including £89.99) qualify for free shipping

  • Orders below £89.99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of £8.99

Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout.

Taxes

All applicable taxes are included in the prices shown at checkout.

The amount you see during payment is the final amount payable, and no additional taxes are required upon delivery.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Our order processing hours are Europe/London, GMT/BST 9:00 – 18:00.

  • Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day

  • Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next working day

  • Orders placed on non-working days will be processed starting from the next working day

4. Order Processing Time

Once an order is confirmed, it enters the preparation and dispatch stage.

The standard processing time is 1–3 business days.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated total delivery time is 7–10 business days.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and logistics arrangements.

We select the most suitable carrier based on order requirements.
Commonly used carriers include:

  • Evri
